Nami Bikini LineArt: Flatted JC Day 22

I was looking through line art galleries randomly when I came across this piece. I didn't know who it was at first at all. I just liked the way the line art was done. Done in Photoshop CS, more practice flatting line art. I'm having a lot of fun with it. Tomorrow though I'll have a fully colored picture for everyone promise!
